Distinguished Garage

This client’s old garage was failing, unsafe, and unusable. To remedy the situation, we removed the existing structure and made a series of improvements to enhance both safety and curb appeal. This included filling in basement windows, replacing the fire door, burying unsightly overhead power lines, and pouring a new foundation, garage floor, and driveway.

On this footprint, we built a wider garage to better accommodate the client's storage needs and improve ease of access. This new design blends seamlessly with the home’s existing architecture. For added safety and convenience, lights were installed on both sides of the garage door.

The result is a replacement garage that is safe, functional, and distinguished in style. The entire home also received new siding, and additional garden beds were created in the front yard. The client now enjoys a secure space for their car and bikes, a fresh home exterior, and a noticeably enhanced curb appeal.
