Scandinavian Kitchen

We transformed a cluttered and dated kitchen into a modern kitchen that incorporates the simplicity, functionality, and beauty of Scandinavian design. We swapped out the original cabinetry for lighter wood cabinets in the kitchen and built a new wall of cabinets in the dining room, adding an abundance of extra storage space. The cabinets now extend all the way to the ceiling, increasing the sense of height in the room. We added a white subway tile backsplash and replaced the counters for increased durability and contrast with the light wood and backsplash.
